Sold!
Well, 3 of the 4 lots around us are down as sold! Looking good. Some nice west facing lots still appear to be available. We'll be quite close to the planned school and an easy walk to the future town center.
hi dear, I think we will be future neighbours. mine lot no is 11012 stage 11 a just waiting for land to settle.just got few questions in mind if you will be able to help me out .as i m a first home buyer just concerned about banks valuation in our stage how was yours any way .please advise if possible it will be a great help.hope we will be fine with everything cant wait now......... thanks pawan
I think we actually met you at Eynesbury - you had just bought your land and were looking for a builder.
As the land will only title somewhere between June and August, we're only now getting the banks involved. I'll add a blog post about the financing outcome once we're sorted and address your question in that.
If you've spoken to your financial people, you should have been told that the valuation will only take place once the land titles. Stage 11 is estimated at titling in July at this stage (confirmed with them this week that this is still the estimation). So until then, all you can do is get pre-approval and get all your documents sorted with your mortgage people.
Until the land titles, we all sit and wait - that is, if you've got all your other documents ready with your mortgage provider.
hey Garrick, Just received valuation back from bank it came back fine all good mate and thanks ,cant wait to move in eynesbury.Titles are sure to be done in july whats your guess.I spoke to matt yesterday he said scheduled for july fingers crossed.
That's actually quite amazing that a bank can value something that doesn't yet exist. All the institutions/brokers I spoke to said they can't value it till title.

Hey Mate Just called Land sales office and they said Land titles are now expected in end of aug,cant wait now ....
